Small-Cap Supremacy is independent research on the small end of defense, space, robotics, energy, and more. The idea is in the name: find the companies that matter before the rest of the market does.
Most of the interesting action in markets happens at a size large funds can't touch.
A satellite contract, a grid-scale battery deal, or a robotics design win can be a rounding error to a multi-billion-dollar incumbent and a transformation for a three-hundred-million-dollar company, and the institutions with the resources to vet names that small have position sizes too big to bother with them.
That gap is the whole opportunity, and it's where this newsletter lives, so the work starts with the trend, not the ticker: identify where the money is actually moving, then find the small-caps sitting in its path and vet them hard against their peers.
Small-Cap Supremacy is written by Jeremy Flint. I've spent years analyzing small- and micro-cap companies and writing about markets for a living, with an academic and professional background that runs across finance, tech, defense, and national security. My market commentary previously ran at InvestorPlace, where my picks still rank in the top 0.5% of financial bloggers tracked by TipRanks to this day.
That combination is the point: most coverage of these sectors is written by people who can read a balance sheet or understand the technology, rarely both. The work here tries to do both at once, which is why it goes a layer deeper than the usual ticker roundup.
